I thought it was gonna be enclosed and it wasn’t so it’s too short for my pins
I have two quivers, one that carries a pen on the spine of a Rhodia Webnotebook (A5), and this one on a horizontal A5-ish Rhodia so that the A6 quiver works on it. I like it because it carries two pens, but it obviously hinders the notebook from laying flat. I put it on the back cover so it's on the right, at the edge, when the book is open and that works pretty well. The leather of the pen slot isn't as stiff as my original quiver, so the pens with strong clips don't go in as easily because the leather deforms--this isn't an issue with my older quiver. Not a dealbreaker by any stretch. Still love the functionality and haven't found a better way to always have a pen handy with the notebook.
Hi Branden! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and give your feedback. We absolutely take it to heart so we can ensure we provide the best product possible as a notebook pen holder solution.
That being said, we're in the midst of running a new product of many of our Quivers with what I believe to be an even better quality of leather than previous runs for us, which can vary each product run, though we always opt for full-grain leather.
I'd love to stay in touch and send you the newest run of the pocket Quiver size you ordered once we have them in hand and see if you believe we achieved our goal of providing the best product we can. :)
I bought one for my Endeavor notebook, pocket size, and keep a pen and pencil set in it. Very convenient for jotting down an address or phone number or grocery list. I love it so much that when I thought I lost it I immediately purchased another, now I have a spare.
I prefer the tactile feeling of making a note, pen on paper. This works for me.
It's great to read you've had such an experience with your Quiver - now Quivers! If such a thing happens again, feel free to reach out. We'd be happy to work something out to get you another at a discounted rate.
