Quiver Pen Holders are handmade from the best possible grade of American cow leather available called full-grain leather and likewise are handstitched together with the best possible grade of thread available called marine-grade thread. With 4 different colors to choose from, you’re certain to find a Quiver suited to your style with ease as the best pen holder available. Originally designed as a Moleskine pen holder, large double pen Quivers work for most similarly sized notebooks as well.
Reusable With No Adhesives Required
Quivers grip your notebook or tablet case covers using an elastic band, meaning no magnets or glue adhesives are needed. One Quiver can last you hundreds of notebooks and many years of use, not to mention save you the time and cost of replacing a lost pen.
Compatible With Softcover Notebooks Too
While Quivers are primarily designed for standard large hardcover notebooks, we do offer a softcover notebook adapter that can be purchased with your Quiver to give your soft cover notebook additional rigidity to support a Quiver without bending your notebook cover, we do not recommend using Quivers on softcover notebooks without a softcover adapter! Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for nearly any reason as long as the item is still in like-new condition (item packaging does not have to be in like-new condition for a return). Please contact us via email and we will be happy to start your return process!
For exchanges, if the item is still in like-new condition, we will accept the exchange given we have the desired exchange item in stock. If the desired item is not in stock, we can offer a return refund or store credit for when the desired item is in stock. If you have any questions about your exchange status, please contact us via email and we'll be happy to help.

Q: What notebook brands do Quivers fit?
A: Quiver pen holders are designed to fit hardcover and softcover (with our softcover adapter) notebooks such as Rhodia, Moleskine, Leuchtturm1917, Conceptum, Black N’ Red, Bullet Journal, Spark Notebooks and many more.
Q: What notebook sizes do Quivers fit?
A: Quiver pen holders are designed to fit hardcover and softcover (with our softcover adapter) notebooks in pocket/small A6 sizes, large A5 sizes, and extra large A4 sizes. The elastic band that attaches Quivers to the notebooks allows for some size variation (see individual product pages for more details on sizes).
Q: What size Apple iPad Pro case does the Quiver Pro fit?
A: For now, the Quiver Pro only fits iPad Pro 12.9-inch cases.
Q: Will Quiver be developing a smaller Quiver Pro for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro cases?
A: Of course! We’re in the final design and development stage. We’ve made several functional enhancements from the 12.9-inch version based upon customer feedback. As always, our customers provide tremendous product design improvement suggestions and we can’t thank you enough! Look for availability in early October.
Q: Can I use a Quiver on my tablet case?
A: Yes! Our large double pen Quivers fits most iPad Mini cases from first gen to current gen iPad Mini cases and similarly sized Samsung and Amazon tablet cases. Our extra large double pen Quiver fits most iPad and iPad Air cases from first to current gen iPad cases. And for the iPad Pro we’ve created the Quiver Pro to hold your Apple Pencil and other accessories directly on your iPad Pro 12.9″ case.
Q: What size pen diameter will your single pen Quiver accept?
A: All our single pen Quivers are designed to accommodate a pen diameter of 0.49″ or 12.45mm. Our two-pen Quivers are designed to accept two pens of the same size dimensions. The same goes for any stylus holder used in our double pen Quivers on tablet cases.
Q: Is all the assembly and stitching done by hand?
A: Yes, each Quiver is individually hand-crafted to our exact standards using 100% American Nappa, full grain leather hides by highly skilled leather craftsmen in Old Mexico.
Q: Are Quiver pen holders assembled by your own plant in Mexico?
A: All Quiver pen holders are hand-crafted by a great team of skilled leather craftsmen, but we do not own the plant itself.
Q: Are you shipping outside the U.S.?
A: Yes, we are delighted to say that Quivers are being enjoyed by fans in over 50 countries on 6 continents. We ship via first class to all countries outside the U.S. Your local country’s postal service/authority will deliver your Quiver package to your home or office. The shopping cart page will give you country specific shipping pricing. Please note that delivery can take between 3-6 weeks based on local customs and delivery.

Q: What is included in ‘shipping & handling’?
A: We make every effort to minimize our shipping and handling costs. We only charge whatever the shipping rates are as quoted by the USPS for domestic shipping and FedEx for international orders. Similarly with our handling costs, we only charge our direct labor costs to pick and pack your Quiver(s) and the packaging costs such as the padded envelop and the mailing label. Our shipping and handling costs are NOT a profit center for us.
Q: Will a Quiver interfere with my use of my notebook?
A: Quivers have been designed to fold mostly flat and out of the way. As the leather ages with use, it will become even more pliable. The elastic band on our single-pen holder even helps by holding closed the pocket in the back cover while still allowing full access to it.
Q: Why a leather product?
A: Actually, the very first prototypes were not made of leather. We were drawn to leather because it is a natural material that is versatile, durable, and gains character with age. Our leather pen holders will withstand years of use over multiple notebooks.
Q: I’ve heard that some chemicals used in the leather tanning process can damage metal pen clips. Is that true?
A: In some circumstances that’s accurate but very rare. The ‘chrome’ tanning process Quiver uses is a widely accepted industry standard. Unfinished raw metals can sometimes interact with the processed leather. If you’re concerned about your particular pen please contact your pen’s manufacturer and inquire about the type of metal they use for their pen clips.
The tanning process our manufacturer uses is certified as ‘free from heavy metals and carcinogenic materials’, and endorsed by the BLC Leather Technology Centre Ltd. of London, U.K.
Q: Should I treat the leather with any kind of leather cleaner or conditioner?
A: Leather is a natural product that ages gracefully with age. We suggest that you do NOT clean or condition your Quiver as it may negatively affect the elastic components. Please understand that any treatment that you apply will change the appearance and may affect the longevity of your product.
Q: Is my contact email and address kept confidential by Quiver?
A: Quiver Global, LLC only uses our customer contact information for our own customer communications such as order confirmation, product satisfaction follow-up and marketing purposes. We never sell nor provide our customer contact information to any outside firm.
Q: What’s the warranty?
A: We love making Quivers as much as you will enjoy owning them. We have selected a very high grade of Napa leather and marine grade tread while keeping the price reasonable. If you’re not satisfied with your Quiver pen holder for any reason, send it back to us and we will make it right. You’ll certainly go through many notebooks and/or tablets before you’ll need a new Quiver due to wear.
